SUMMIT APARTMENTS UPGRADE

Faced with the onerous task of replacing a façade of combustible cladding, the owners of the builder were seeking an upgrade to their tower, both without and within.

The design approach was to elevate the presentation of the building to a top tier residential tower, with elegance, refinement and richness of design.

Darker tones and natural materials were introduced to the interiors, utilising the spatial layout, tiles and mirrors. Strategic layering of new materials and darker tones will transform the space.

The exterior façade will simplify the colour scheme to a palette of muted darker tones, retaining the current gold anodised louvres as the single accent colour.

A local artist will be commissioned to respond to setting of the building on Wolli Creek and introduce the indigenous flora into
